At fummeX Perfumes, we are committed to delivering your fragrance experience with care, speed, and transparency. Please read the information below to understand our delivery and return process.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

       Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

       Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Delivery times may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or festive seasons.

Shipping Charges

  • All prices on our website are inclusive of GST and shipping charges — there are no hidden fees.
  • Free standard shipping is available across India on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a ₹300 advance payment required to confirm your order. The remaining balance can be paid at the time of delivery.
  • This advance payment ensures secure dispatch and helps us maintain smooth and verified delivery for all customers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS / Email / WhatsApp.

You can track your order on our partner courier website or via our “Track Order” page.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and personal care product safety standards, perfumes & personal fragrances are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered, except in the cases below.

We accept returns only if:

  1. Product received is damaged or leaked
  2. Wrong product/fragrance sent
  3. Order missing item(s) in the package

If you face any issue, please contact us within 36 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Unboxing video/photos of the package is compulsory
  • Clear images of product defect/issue

Note: Opened/used products will not be eligible for returns or replacement.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer fragrance exchanges due to hygiene, however replacement will be issued for valid damage/incorrect shipment cases.

Refunds

Refunds (only in eligible cases) will be: 

  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Processed within 5–7 business days once approved COD orders: Refund will be issued via UPI / Bank Transfer.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing (if not yet shipped)
  • Once the order is processed/shipped, cancellation will not be possible

Important Notes

  • No returns for change of mind or dislike of fragrance
  • Perfume oils & notes may slightly vary batch-to-batch this is natural in artisanal perfumery
  • Customers entering incorrect address/contact details are responsible for delivery failure/re-shipping charges
