Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day
  • During sale or festive periods, processing may extend to 1–3 business days

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or weather conditions.

Shipping Charges

  • All prices on our website are inclusive of GST and shipping charges there are no hidden fees.
  • Free standard shipping is available across India on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a ₹300 advance payment required to confirm your order. The remaining balance can be paid at the time of delivery.
  • This advance payment ensures secure dispatch and helps us maintain smooth and verified delivery for all customers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking link
  • Courier partner details
  • SMS/Email/WhatsApp updates

You can track your order anytime using your tracking ID.

Address & Delivery

Please ensure correct address & contact information.

Orders with incorrect or incomplete details may face delays or be returned. If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer unavailable
  • Order refusal

Reshipping charges will apply.

International Shipping

Currently, international shipping is not available.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 36 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Photos of package & product

We will offer a replacement if the claim is valid.

No Return-To-Sender Without Approval

RTS parcels without prior approval will not be accepted.
