- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- Orders are confirmed only after a ₹300 advance payment is successfully made for COD purchases. The remaining amount can be paid upon delivery.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be modified
- Cancellations allowed only within 1 hour of placing the order
Return & Replacement Policy
Due to hygiene & product safety reasons, perfumes are non-returnable & non-refundable once delivered.
We only offer replacement if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received damaged or leaking
- Missing items in shipment
Proof (unboxing video/photos) required within 12-24 hours of delivery.
